Review of The Number 23 (2007) by Romano C — 16 Jun 2011
I really liked this movie the first time I saw it. The second and third times though? Not really. I loved the idea of Jim Carrey in a serious role, but it just didn't pan out. I also loved the visual feel of Walter's childhood flashbacks, but the plot can be confusing to an unforgiving level, a symptom that not even multiple viewings can cure.
It's definitely an interesting concept and a watchable film, just not a very good one.
