The November Man should be called The Nowhere Man. 007 Pierce Brosnan comes back from Mamma Mia to a B grade Russian Spy film. Although not under the 007 name it basically is all about spies and the bad guys good guys etc...
There are better movies out there.
Not suitable for the kiddies.
