Aimless. Pointless. Topless.
Whisper. Wink. The internet has profoundly changed what until the early 80s was a magazine based smut industry.
This film explores one of the early stars of this industry with the almost requisite religion/repression that accompany these stories in America. All the boxes are ticked. Gang rape. Incest. Yawn. This is very derivative..
Oddly most of this film is short in black and white, with only the briefest spurt of colour. I suspect this is some sort of reflection of Page's career but if it is it still seems tenuous.
