Review of The Normal Heart (2014) by Jwee Chiek E — 26 May 2014
Diseases and deaths are all from God. We invite premature death or diseases by our own foolish actions. STD will strike any one, gay or straight, if one indulges in unsafe sex practices. HIV virus does not care about sexual orientation only unsafe sex practices.
Much blame for countless of HIV deaths have been placed on politicians in the 80s for inaction and inadequate research on HIV. Yet prevention of STD is not complicated or expensive but restraint, and sanitation.
Ruffalo's most impassioned and talkative role yet. But he was probably paid much less than his least talkative role as the incredible hulk. With Harvey Milk and Truman Capote and Philadelphia winning oscars for heterosexual actors, it is not hard for Mark Ruffalo to bravely tackle his role convincingly and with gusto.
