Review of The Normal Heart (2014) by Leilla F — 27 May 2014
A poignant movie, with some odd scenes but great acting. In general, I think the movie would have been better off moving a little further from the play, as some of the lines (especially in the monologues) felt overly theatrical.
However, stunning performances and a good (and important) plot line, make this a movie well worth watching.
