Review of The Ninth Gate (1999) by Dan B — 17 Sep 2011
Satanists are at it again in a Polanski movie that seems to be sequel to his Rosemary"s Baby.Tho I found in watching it that it reminded me more of Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut in that it's all intrigue with no payoff at the end.
Still I enjoyed it and believe that maybe it's one of those flicks you have to watch more than once to figure out the mystery of it, well maybe, guess i'll find out some day in the future and until then i'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
