Review of The Nines (2007) by S F — 24 May 2011
The Nines started out well, with enough suspense and tension to pique my interest. However, as time went on and the cheesy special effects started to intensify, I began to suspect that I was in for a bad ride.
And indeed, the movie turned to a dud quicker than Cinderella's coach at midnight. It seems that August thought he was writing something so deep that even 22 days of production would let its glory come through, but I wish he would've let this one sit in his desk drawer.
