A beautifully shot movie that really gets under the skin of rural Spanish life.
Delightfully told through 6 separate stories all caused from the effect of an early attempted rape.
Some lovely performances give the finale an emotional edge. Night of the Sunflowers is slightly languid at times and suffers from being 20 minutes too long, but this is a promising debut from Jorge Sanchez-Cabezudo.l.
