Es posible que parte del asombro que me provocó esta maravilla del cine, se deba a la gran calidad de la restauración realizada por The Criterion Collection para su lanzamiento en BluRay. En ningún momento me detuve a pensar en los casi sesenta años de edad de la pelÃcula.
Horrorosa, poética, elegante, con muchÃsimo trasfondo y cinematografÃa sublime, debiera estar en el canon de más de uno.
