The truth is this story is not that unlikely. not that matters in most movies. Cops are not that smart. Innocent people get convicted all the time. it is fun to watch how this usual -law-abiding-citizen responds to this injustice.
it's a love story. it ask the question how much can you trust your loved ones? or how much do you really know anyone? Maybe you have to be an English major to know how crazy we all are. Do not push us!
