Review of The Next Karate Kid (1994) by Harry W — 18 Jul 2013
Stupid but well acted, The Next Karate Kid is an unnecessary sequel to a dead trilogy that benefits only from an early and athletic performance from Hilary Swank and a still good Pat Morita. But the karate themes are ridiculous this time around and the action was minimal.
The Next Karate Kid is an example of drowning after jumping the shark.
