Review of The New World (2005) by Heather P — 19 Sep 2009
It's like a million hours of whats-her-face and whats-his-name nuzzling and frolicking in the forest. It's actually a great movie, but I prefer my music rock and roll, and my movie with a bit more pep.
Malick is like the Eno of movies, for all you friggin' chowderhead intellectuals out there. For us regular people that means his stuff can be REALLY good but most of the time is just very slow and relaxing.
