I was stunned when I first saw this picture. It must be seen on a movie theater big screen to truly be able to experience the visual splendor. Malick is one who fully realizes the possibilities of cinema driven through immersive imagery that expresses the thoughts and feelings of the characters.
He's on another metaphysical plane in his filmmaking.
