I have to be in the right mood to watch this movie, but when I am in the right mood it's awesome. It's what got me through being a "blip" in high school, as well as fueled my passion for funk music.
It's not supposed to have a message, it's supposed to be entertaining, and it does that very well. Plus, it's oh so quotable. ;).
