Review of The New Guy (2002) by Bradley S — 02 Sep 2008
A very awkward comedy about a social outcast trying to achieve "cool." It was hard for me to watch the first time because I hate scenes where you feel embarrassed for the character and this movie is full of them.
Even so the movie has grown on me over time. Eddie Griffin is hilarious as the crazy mentor. "You lookin' at my Janet?!".
