Review of The NeverEnding Story (1984) by Clifton K — 29 Apr 2011
As a child growing up in the late 80's and early 90's there were 3 fantasy films that everyone looks back on fondly: Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal and The NeverEnding Story. The superior of the 3, in my opinion, is this movie.
The metaphors, acting, storytelling and special effects were incredilble. It's a shame that the sequels were terrible, but this movie still stands the test of time, and one of my favorite films from childhood.
Highly recommended.
