Review of The Net (1995) by Shreyasi.singh S — 27 Dec 2009
I love Sandra Bullock. She can take what would otherwise be a very ordinary thriller, and make it believable and engaging. Mind you, she's a bit too good looking to really be a computer geek, but her performance is so good, you just don't think about that until the movie's over.
And here we have an object lesson in the dangers of being a mouse potato. If someone tried to steal my identity, it would never hold up, because I have too many friends who can vouch for me. See, I don't just sit at home writing shit like this on Facebook all the time. I actually know all my Facebook friends in person, and usually communicate with them face to face rather than across the web.
But poor old Angela doesn't know anybody. Sucks to be her.
