Great premise and it has Sandra Bullock - awesome combination ...normally. Unfortunately the technical detail and actual storyline of a movie whose name and main character are the epitome of technical are so distracting it's hard to buy in to any part of it.
If you like present day, computer-tech, big brother stories, again, there are so many better choices. If you like Sandra Bullock, there are so many better choices (except Forces of Nature!). Save yourself 2 hours and see something else.
