Visually beautiful? yes.
But that doesn't make up for how disturbingly fucked up and boring it is. hence to mention how lacking in story, making this bore/3rd act gore-fest undeniably worthless.
It seems that Refn's talent has gone down like a bicycle down a mountain. which is upsetting knowing this is the writer/director of Bronson and Drive. let's hope there is still hope before he goes full Shyamalan.
