This thriller about a negotiator taking hostages to clear his name of his wrong accusations does to the hostage thriller genre what The Fugitive did to the running from the law films, and gives the usually predictable genre a new life.
The film is also filled with twists, including a final one, and good dialogue to keep the audience entertained and heighten the tension.
