Review of The Nativity Story (2006) by Vicki N — 02 Dec 2007
I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I was excepting it to be more cheesy but it really wasn't. For the most part, it was pretty accurate. I really appreciate that the actress playing Mary was only 15-16 when filming this and that all of the actors looked the part--meaning, they were not white europeans.
They all looked like they could have been 1st Century Israelites. It is a good way to get into the Christmas spirit.
