Review of The Nativity Story (2006) by Ws W — 25 Dec 2010
A somber, serious, and almost joyless portrayal of the events leading up to Jesus' birth. The movie is well made and features a lot better production values than a lot of other Biblical epics. The filmmakers wisely added some extra-Biblical material to round out the characters and story but most of the work stuck to Scriptural account.
