Very smart way of telling this story. We all have been there, taking a job that we don't see as ideal to our lives, and see it change us for the better. It also shows both sides of this family... the one seen by the nanny and the one seen by the mother.
I loved how the movie ended... not so predictable, but very satisfying. And Paul Giamatti... his role reminded me of when he was "Pig Vomit" in Private Parts (except his is not as much of an asshole in this movie).
