I love comedy films and this is a classic 3 parter that was the pinnacle of 1990's spoof comedy. It was a film resulting from the equally funny tv show Police Squad. Leslie Nielsen stars as Frank Drebbin, a stupidly funny useless police detective.

Yes the jokes are daft, the action silly and the whole concept wooly but it all works excellently for sheer just for laughs quality. I remember this trilogy growing up, loving it as the family laughed out loud together.

Clean, with many mini gags amongst the main madness but this really was the first quality spoof mass-joke film to come out, pre-Scary Movie series.
