In one memorable scene, Frank Drebbin (Nielsen) grabs Mikhail Gorbachev and wipes a clot on Gorbachev's forehead with spit.When he removes the cloth, it turns out it was stain after, Drebbin looks at the camera and says I knew it.

Ho, ho. I saw this yesterday and didn't expect much of it, but I was surprised and laughed. However, it took time for me to settle until some laughs came. I will not recommend it, but I can't trash this.

If you want to see this, it is your choice. Props for the credits that rolled on the beginning and the scene that ensued.
