Review of The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) by Zachary R — 24 Apr 2013

This is a movie that has said many a word to it's fans and that was hilarious! With a movie about a cop and a police force so zany what more can you say. The first in the trilogy Naked Gun from the Files of Police Squad delivered many a good laugh.

The zany humor of the Zucker's from random vechiles exploding to hilarious shots being taken at O.J. Simpson getting hurt over and over again(which tell me that isn't funnier now right?). To everything just being nuts about this movie and it all starts with Frank Drebin acting like a fool trying to find out who was trying to kill his friend Nordburg which turned into a plot to assassinate the Queen of England.

The results are uncanny! The cast does very well too, Leslie Nielsen, Priscilla Presley, George Kennedy, and O.J. Simpson played well off each other and had great chemistry. Ricardo Montalban played a good villain and this film also gave us a great theme.

This is a movie if you haven't seen go see it because it will laugh your socks off! 10 out of 10.
