Review of The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (1991) by Eric C — 08 Dec 2009

Well you can tell right off the bat from the title that this film will have you on the floor with your eyebrows up, like huh?

This sequel reunites the principle cast from the first film for more screwball antics. This time Leslie Nielsen and Pricilla Presley are broken up and Jane's new boyfriend (Robert Goulet)happens to once again be a suspect in a new conspiracy. More laughs ensue as Frank tries to prove he's guilty.

Also Norberg ends up getting tied up and going for ride in one of my favorite scenes from all 3 films.

I find this sequel to be equally as good as the original. I never once found or have found myself not laughing with either film.

I recommend this film, but don't watch a serious film after this for the first time, this will ruin that experience, you'll be in such a laughing mood.
