Review of The Mysteries of Pittsburgh (2008) by Joseph O — 25 Jan 2008
Until Towelhead, this was the best Sundance film I had seen thus far. Great cinematography, fantastic acting by all the players involved (especially Miller and Sarsgaard) and a solid, interesting story.
There was only one thing I didn't care for that seemed unnatural. After the main character finds himself in a relationship where he is happy and content with a gorgeous woman, he out of the blue decides to cheat on her.
That didn't sit well with me. Other than that, great film.
