Review of The Music Never Stopped (2011) by Geophrey G — 20 Aug 2011
Oliver Sacks adaptation with a 60's music theme. If you like the Dead, Dylan and the Beatles coupled with redemptive father-son reunions (after the son re-enters his parents' lives post-brain tumor), this is for you.
JK Simmons is amazing as always, but the corn overwhelms in a few spots. The "Desolation Row" scene made it worthwhile for me.
