Review of The Muppets (2011) by Ydnar4 — 13 Sep 2015
The Muppets was an unexpected return to form for one of the most long lasting children's programs and film franchises. The Muppets introduced themselves once again to a younger audience. The story kept it simple but the story was very well written.
Jason Segel co-wrote the script and starred in the film but I never felt like he was trying to steal the spotlight from the real star, Kermit the Frog. Kermit is once again a character that everyone loves and the same goes for his fellow Muppets.
There are even a few new additions to the group that make their presence felt. The Muppets is a funny children's film that is guaranteed to impress old fans and fans from a new generation.
