Somehow Jason Segal and company find a way to cram all of the old Muppets nostalgia in there, pack in more cameos than you will even remotely realize, and somehow find time to fit new material in there.
The story is solid, the musical numbers are excellent, and the jokes fall perfectly in line with old Muppet affairs. A great movie for a family to enjoy.
