The Muppets of the past felt relevant and charming, appealing to adults and children alike... this incarnation plays out like a poorly executed elementary school play. The songs are miserable, the acting is annoyingly broad and the plot is boring as shit.
Even when your favorite characters jump on screen, it fails to elicit the faintest smile. The Muppets, in the opinion of this grown ass man who watches film after film, is damn near unwatchable. :/.
