Watching this again as an adult revealed an entirely new dynamic. The humorous wordplay is smart and snappy, and the classic Muppet characters have a special aura of fun and purity. Dom DeLuise, James Coburn, and Telly Savalas all make cameos in the first few minutes and are followed by many others, including Mel Brooks, Richard Pryor, and Orson Welles! This is truly a magical kind of movie for all ages.
