The Muppet Christmas Carol is one of the most cherished films of my childhood, so nostalgia may be compelling me to give it a higher ranking than it deserves. Still, whenever I watch this adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic fable, I am struck by its humor, heart, beautiful sets, great puppeteering, and general tone.
Michael Caine is a great Scrooge and Brian Henson proves to be a worthy successor to his father's legacy.
