This is an extremely odd to say, especially since this is the muppets we're talking about, but I think this is one of the best versions of A Christmas Carol put to film. It's heartwarming, funny, occasionally irreverent, and it stays true to the spirit of the book.
Great songs and an unforgettable warmth. Only a few other versions are as complete and as powerful as this one.
