Review of The Mummy Returns (2001) by Nate G — 12 Apr 2012
The Mummy Returns tries so hard to be an Indiana Jones film, and fails so miserably. The problem with the Mummy movies is that it's filled with characters that no one cares about and neglects a story that isn't that bad.
Also, the acting is laughable. Like the first movie, The Mummy Returns has a lot of impressive visual effects and probably even improves on them. Still though, this was not good.
