Review of The Mummy (2017) by Jacob N — 09 Jun 2017

I really enjoyed this movie. While the female villain isn't as entertaining as other characters I don't think she is who we are supposed to be focused on during this movie. We are supposed to be focused on Cruise's character the whole time and instead of us identifying with the monster we are supposed to identify with cruise and his struggle with the immoral sides of his character and the struggle to do things for other people rather than himself.

I laughed I got nervous when they went full on horror movie and I was thrilled when it turned into action. This movie is not as bad as the critics say. I believe its certainly better than some of marvels weaker titles.
