Review of The Mouse That Roared (1959) by Mo M — 12 May 2009
Peter Sellers plays three members of importance to the little duchy of Grand Fenwick who declare war on America for plagiarizing their wine under the title of Grand Enwick. The highlight of this film that failed to deliver enough laugh out loud moments was the creepiness with which Sellers portrays Grand Duchess Gloriana XII.
Although filled with plenty of clever comedies and socially critical topics it was far from engrossing and not as eccentric as other Seller roles.
