It's always tough to go see a film of a book you have read expecting great results. Story lacked meaning in the true build up of the love that these two characters developed. I understand that a movie always has a tough act to follow on a successful book.
But it's frustrating when the movie tries to go a different route completely, taking away from the actual story. I just never got into the new plot the movie took.
