Review of The Motorcycle Diaries (2004) by Della K — 21 Apr 2010
A film about the origins of a man who was destined for bigger things. Although not as interesting as the story of the Cuban and Bolivian revolutions as told in the film "Che," this earlier story about the adventures of Ernesto Guevara and a friend travelling throughout South America is also very interesting.
The film does not deal with the Guevara that everyone has an opinion on, good or bad. It only focuses on the friendship between the two travellers and the people they encounter along the way. A good little independent and historical film that tells an interesting story that most people don't know.
