Review of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) by C.r. L — 20 May 2010
This movie succeeds at being very creepy. Maybe it's just because the content itself creeps me out. But I found it to be an effective thriller. One criticism I have is that it often uses recycled methods in order to be creepy. The music is unoriginal, so are the creepy effects. But even though they were unoriginal, to me they still achieved their purpose of being creepy.
If you were to watch this movie, I'd suggest subtitles because it has a lot of low talking.
But the movie was really creepy and I enjoyed watching it.
