One of the few truly Fortean movies in which rather than having everything neatly explained, things are only seen through a glass darkly. It scared the bejesus out of me when I first saw it - especially when Indrid Cold materialised out of the night.
It's a shame Mr Apol isn't in it, though. (Read the book!) Chapstick!
