Review of The Mothman Prophecies (2002) by Lucas Y — 18 Nov 2008
Extremely stupid and boring. I've never been a Richard Gere fan, but I gave this one a shot because I knew what the story was based on. There are very few "prophecies" in the film. The lack of suspense that leads up to the bridge collapsing really killed this.
The bridge scene was kind of cool, but you can't grade an entire movie based on one good scene.
