The film could have been a suspense classic for the haunting moth image and the dreadful prophecies it made. But the worst thing is the absence of revelation. So after all these, what's next? The creature just perished? Why did it choose Richard Gere in the first place then? The intertwined incidents just had never mean anything concrete.
