Review of The Most Dangerous Game (1932) by Emmanuel P — 18 Apr 2009
The original adaptation of the 1924 short story of the same title is one of the original talkie-thrillers. The adaptation is almost scene for scene of the short story and as a result this is a very short film.
The acting is also pretty strong, especially that of Leslie Banks who plays the Russian psychopath who hunts humans. All in all this is a very enjoyable film and while not a "must-see" it is well worth checking out.
