Review of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013) by Aaron T — 11 Jan 2014
If you wanted to see what a shambling corpse of better movies stitched together looks like. Look no further than this film here. This film has subplots that go absolutely no where, the characters are cardboard cut outs of cardboard cut outs, and the dialogue is just atrocious.
This feels like a fanfiction that got a Hollywood budget, with pieces of other, better, films thrown into the mix. Including Star wars, Harry Potter, and even Twilight. I said it, no going back now. Twilight is marginally superior than city of bones.
