Review of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013) by Naj N — 02 Jan 2015

I'm looking at this as purely a movie, it was actually entertaining and I thought fairly good, although there were some cheesy scenes that I couldn't help but bust my gut at. Comparing it to the books, it was lackluster, however, as a movie alone it was fairly good.

Yes, I realize that the plot is cliche with the "girl finding out she's part of another world" and stuff, but honestly, how often do you find a book or movie that isn't cliche? Barely ever, and I've read quite a lot.

I found it entertaining to say the very least.
