Review of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013) by Private U — 25 Apr 2014
Having read the books.. and being impressed at their readability, I had hoped the movie adaptation would follow suit. The cast did well with what they were given, which is a craptastic adaptation. It's like the screen writer just had written the script in bulleted form of what happened in the book and they checked each scene off as they went.
Horridly written, which is sad, this would have made a great CW series.
