Review of The Monster Squad (1987) by Lucas Y — 21 Jun 2010
A classic that I grew up with as a kid. 3 years ago they finally put out the special edition DVD & it's pretty awesome. It's cool to see all the classic monsters all come together. Tom Noonan was a great Frankenstein as was Duncan Regehr as Dracula.
Jon Gries was even decent as Wolfman (who got kicked in the nards). Only problem I have is Frankenstein turning soft. The opening scene set in Transylvania was awesome.
