I probably would have loved this Monster-O-Rama as a kid, hell - who would not love seeing all these classic movie monsters (Universal anyone ?) team up and kick some mortal ass. Alas, I lack the innocence of youth and the bad taste of the 80s to be able to truly appreciate this cult classic.
Yes, it is a nice ride back in time and reminds me of The Goonies, but all in all, it is a mediocre, albeit obscure family film, that I neither loved nor hated, but watched with stoic tolerance. Good for kids, but did not age well.
